Your life is busy, I get it.
Each week is a 30 minute Q&A session and 30 minute live teaching. You might spend 1.5 hours per week working through the material, and then just the time at home implementing the strategies. There's always a learning curve when figuring out a new strategy for eating. If you're already grocery shopping, cooking, and meal prepping, this shouldn't add too much more time to your week.
NO. I encourage my clients to cook once for everybody, so you can still cook your regular family meals. It's the portion sizes and the balance at each meal that we are going to work towards adjusting. You will have access to a whole vault of recipes, but ultimately what ends on your plate at the end of the day is my biggest priority.
No. You have access to all the videos and resources for 6 months. The asynchronous email support does end at the 3 month mark however.
Many people feel like they are 'left hanging' after a program concludes. Once the course ends, there are two options for additional support:
1) Individual one-on-one nutrition sessions (depending on location of residence).
2) Exclusive ongoing support program (weekly shift work specific deliverables and ongoing online support)
While many clients see weight loss when they eat the right portions at the right time, it is not designed as a weight loss program. In your My Viva Plan portal, you can select your weight goal and your calorie level will be determined based on your goal. Sustainable weight loss takes months of consistency and effort, so I do not guarantee weight loss as part of this program.
Welcome to the club! We've done our best to make it as simple as possible! There are two programs used within this course, Practice Better (course hosting platform) and My Viva Plan (your nutrition plan). You will receive ongoing support all throughout the program to answer any questions you have.
